Return Process

  Contact our Customer Experience team via phone or email with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Product

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the items back to our distribution center for inspection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists verify the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
